How do I book my tour?

-Enter the tours section and select the desired tour.

-Indicate the number of people attending the tour, the desired date and time within our availability (marked in purple).

-Click on ”Book now”.

-In the shopping cart, check that all the information is correct.

-Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.

-Fill in the required fields for the purchase (contact information and billing address).

-Select the payment method and fill in the required information if necessary.

-Click ‘place order’ and you are done!

How do I book a personalised tour?

-Contact us through our email address.

-Describe what your ideal tour would be and you will immediately receive feedback from us.

-Go to the ‘personalised tour’ section.

-Indicate the number of people attending the tour, the desired date and times within our availability (marked in purple).

-Make the corresponding reservation and payment and that is it!

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Yes, you can make changes within the selected tour as long as they are made within 48 hours before the tour.

How does the cancellation policy work?

You can cancel the booked tour free of charge 48 hours before the tour (you will receive a full refund). If you cancel 24 hours before the tour you will only receive a 50% refund.

What is the method of payment for the tour?

You can pay by cash the day of the tour or by Paypal at the moment of booking the tour. The payment method to select will appear in ‘checkout’ once you have booked the desired tour in your shopping cart.

How long does it take to receive my cancellation refund?

As soon as you inform us of the cancellation of the tour you have booked, we will reimburse you by bank transfer. The waiting time to receive the payment will depend on the time it takes for your bank to transfer the money to you.
