-No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
In case of cancellation by Sunny Valencia Tours or due to force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the customer’s control), a full refund will be issued or the tour can be rescheduled for another available date.
