Maria was the best! She made us feel right at home from the minute we met. She took us on a wonderful tour of this beautiful city and shared with us the best places to enjoy truly authentic Spanish dishes. By the end of the night, it felt as we had shared the night with a dear friend!

I am Valencian by birth but have lived anbroad for most of my life. I occasionally returned to my roots and the capital city of my ancestral history. Maria made me discover parts and stories of the city I did not know and I will be forever grateful to her. She is kind and elegant in her way of describing the city’s history. In the evening of our visit we followed up on one of her dinner recommendations and it was everything we had hoped for. She is truly a gem.

Our guide Maria was great and gave us a good introduction to a lot of features in the old town as well as being ready and able to answer questions on a number of topics about the city. The various food stops were all busy (proving just how good they were) but spaces had been pre-booked for us. Maria had selected a great set based upon her detailed knowledge, prior visits to them (and many others) and a deep interest in the subject. A first-class experience.
